1. Account eligibility and responsibility
You must provide accurate, current and complete account, contact and delivery information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity conducted through your account unless prohibited by applicable law.
If you believe your account has been accessed without authorization, contact Belk promptly and update your credentials.
2. Product information and availability
We aim to present product descriptions, images, prices, stock and availability accurately, but information may change before checkout. Product availability and shipping eligibility are confirmed by the platform during the order process.
Where a listing contains a clear error or an item cannot be fulfilled, Belk may correct the information, reject or cancel the affected order, and process any applicable refund.
3. Pricing, orders and payment
Prices, promotions, fees and other amounts are shown in the checkout flow before an order is submitted. An order is considered paid only after the platform records a successful payment result. Failed, cancelled or incomplete payment attempts do not complete payment.
Belk may decline or cancel an order where payment is not completed, stock is unavailable, delivery is not supported, the order appears abusive or fraudulent, or another reasonable fulfillment issue prevents completion.
4. Shipping and fulfillment
Eligible orders are fulfilled through the platform workflow and may be split into multiple packages. Delivery estimates and tracking events are provided for convenience and may be affected by carriers, customs, local delivery conditions or other factors outside Belk’s direct control.
5. Cancellations, returns and refunds
Cancellation, return and refund eligibility depends on order status, item condition and the applicable after-sales rules shown by the platform. Approved refunds are recorded separately from the original payment and may take additional time to appear depending on the payment flow.
6. Acceptable use
You may not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service operation, manipulate transactions, misuse promotions, submit fraudulent information, abuse other users or support staff, or use Belk for unlawful activity.
Belk may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect users, the platform, transactions or legal compliance.
7. Intellectual property
Belk names, logos, interface designs, text, graphics, software and other platform materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use the service for its intended purpose but may not copy, reproduce, reverse engineer or commercially exploit protected platform materials without authorization.
8. Service availability and limitation
We work to keep Belk reliable and secure, but the service may occasionally be unavailable or delayed because of maintenance, technical faults, network conditions, third-party services, force majeure or other events beyond reasonable control.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Belk is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising solely from circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when the service, operations or legal requirements change. The current version will be published on this page, and continued use after an update constitutes acceptance where permitted by applicable law.
