DELIVERY

Shipping & Delivery

Belk coordinates fulfillment and delivery through a unified order flow, with destination eligibility, package status and tracking information managed through the platform.

Belk

1. Shipping availability and address eligibility

Shipping availability is determined by the delivery address selected at checkout, the product involved and the routes currently supported by the platform. If an address, country or region is not eligible for delivery, checkout will prevent the order from being completed for that destination.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate recipient, street, city, postal, country and contact information where required. Incorrect or incomplete details may delay or prevent delivery.

2. Order processing and fulfillment preparation

After payment is successfully confirmed, the order enters the fulfillment workflow. Items are prepared, verified and packed before shipment is handed to the relevant logistics process. Processing status can be followed from the order details when available.

Processing time may vary depending on item handling requirements, order composition, destination and operational conditions.

3. Multiple packages and partial shipment

A single order may be divided into multiple packages when products require separate handling or fulfillment. Each package may receive its own shipment or tracking record and may arrive at different times.

The order page will continue to show the overall order status together with package-level shipment information where supported.

4. Tracking and shipment milestones

When tracking is available, the order details may show milestones such as fulfillment preparation, pickup, international transit, customs processing, arrival in the destination region, last-mile delivery, successful delivery, exception or return.

Tracking events are based on available logistics records and may not update in real time at every stage.

5. Customs, local requirements and delivery conditions

Cross-border shipments may be subject to customs review, local delivery procedures, recipient verification or other destination-specific requirements. These processes can affect delivery timing and may require the recipient to provide accurate information or cooperate with the carrier or local authority when applicable.

6. Delivery attempts and receipt

Recipients should keep their contact information available and, where applicable, arrange for someone to receive the parcel. Failed delivery attempts, an unreachable recipient or an invalid address may result in redelivery, pickup instructions, return to sender or other handling by the logistics provider.

7. Delays, exceptions and returned parcels

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Weather, transport disruption, customs, local carrier conditions, peak periods, address issues or other events outside Belk’s direct control may cause delays.

If a shipment is delayed, marked as an exception, cannot be delivered or is returned, use the order or Customer Support entry so Belk can review the shipment record and determine the appropriate next step.

8. Delivered orders and support

If tracking shows delivery but the parcel cannot be located, review the delivery location and household or reception details first, then contact Customer Support promptly with the order and tracking information so the shipment can be reviewed.
